Who handles the data

The data controller is intelligo S.r.l., VAT no. 05276620753. For any question about this notice or your data, write to info@intelligo.it.

In short

• The site has no forms, accounts or advertising.
• We use Google Analytics for visit statistics only if you accept it in the banner. Without consent it isn't loaded and sets no cookies.
• Otherwise we only process the technical data needed to show you the pages, and what you send us if you write to us.

What data we process and why

Browsing data

When you visit the site, the server that hosts it automatically records some technical information: IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, browser type and referring page. It is needed to run the site and to protect it from abuse and attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). This data is not used to identify or profile you.

Visit statistics (Google Analytics)

If you accept in the banner, the site loads Google Analytics 4, a service of Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Google Analytics uses cookies with a random identifier and collects information about the pages visited, the device, the browser and approximate location, to give us aggregate statistics on how the site is used. We don't use it for advertising or to identify you. Google states that Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States, which participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time from “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

Data you send us by email

If you write to one of the addresses on the site, we process your email address and what you tell us in order to answer your request. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, or our legitimate interest in replying (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Providers that receive data

• Hosting: OVH SAS (2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France) hosts the site and processes browsing data on our behalf, as a data processor.
• Statistics, only with your consent: Google Ireland Limited, for Google Analytics.

The site's typefaces, images and scripts are hosted on our own server. Links to other sites, such as italica.app, lead to services with their own privacy notices.

How long

Browsing data is kept for the period set by the hosting provider's systems for security and operation of the service. Google Analytics data is kept for the period set in the service, at most 14 months. Emails are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and any relationship that follows from it.

Your rights

You can ask at any time for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest (Arts. 15–22 GDPR). You can withdraw your consent to Google Analytics from “Cookie settings”, with no effect on your use of the site. Write to info@intelligo.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
