Gender equality policy
Rev. 01 · 11 August 2023 · UNI/PdR 125:2022
This is a translation. The signed Italian text, Politica per la parità di genere, is the reference version.
intelligo S.r.l. firmly adopts the requirements and guidance of the Italian reference practice UNI/PdR 125:2022, “Guidelines on the management system for gender equality, which calls for specific KPIs (key performance indicators) on gender equality policies in organisations”.
Management, together with the steering committee, issues this document to value and protect diversity and equal opportunities in the workplace by adopting an “action plan” and an organisational model that maintain the requirements defined and put in place over time, measuring progress through specific KPIs.
In managing its people, career opportunities, communication initiatives and the company as a whole, intelligo guarantees and pursues gender equality, values diversity and supports women's empowerment.
To reach the objectives it has set, the company, also through the steering committee's training, formalises and implements a strategic plan to foster an inclusive workplace and full compliance with the applicable law. Information and training activities on the subject will be organised periodically.
The company has put specific processes in place to identify, examine and manage any form of exclusion (for example in recruitment, contracts, internal mobility and succession, and in preventing harassment and bullying). Likewise, we are committed to policies that support work–life balance and parenthood.
The system will be reviewed periodically, and internal audits will be carried out to check how far the organisational model has been implemented.
Nonconformities will be handled through specific procedures, with actions aimed at removing their causes.
